The organizer approves the participation at the festival within 30 days.
The named President of the music ensemble entitles the organizer to take photos and videos during the festival, to broadcast the videos and photos without any charge. The music ensemble resigns all transmission rights.
The named President of the music ensemble certifies that all kind of insurances had been concluded in reference to an incident during the festival.
The organizer declines all responsibility for any incident during the festival.
